When sharpening your tools, one of the biggest challenges is to find a truly flat surface. Another challenge is finding a jig or tool holder to keep your tool edge at its current existing angle. The Fulton Glass Plate Sharpening System is the perfect solution to both of these issues and better yet, the system includes 4 different grits of sticky back (PSA) sandpaper to help you create the perfect cutting edge! With the super smooth, tempered glass plate that measures 9 7/8” wide x 11 13/16” long and a full 5/16” thick, you’ll be able to sharpen the vast majority of tools in your workshop. The Fulton glass plate is the perfect size to place 4 different grit sheets of sandpaper on it (two grits per side). This allows you to begin your honing process at a coarser grit and progressively step your way up to a finer grit for that perfect edge.
