Made from heavy duty cloth backing our abrasive rolls are the perfect economical replacement sandpaper rolls for your Performax and Jet 16-32 and other machinery that accepts 3” wide rolls. These high performance aluminum oxide rolls are designed for all purpose sanding. The grain is resin bonded and have non-loading properties for extra long sanding life. MADE IN THE USA! The rougher or lower grits like 60 grit can be used for abrasive planing and dimensioning. The medium grits like 80, 100 and 120 are typically can be used for lighter dimensioning projects and general surface prep. When using 150 grits and 220 grits we recommend using those higher grits for finishing passes only.

Cutting the end for quick installation on your jet 1632 drum sander couldn't get much simpler. Simply follow the instructions above and you'll be ready to wrap your roll in no time at all...
Clip, Wrap and Clip!
Once the drum sander sandpaper roll is cut and ready for install, simply clip in one end, wrap the roll around the drum and clip it into the other end. Make sure its tight with no loose areas and you're ready to "roll"!

These rolls work with the industry standard Performax, Jet Drum Sander 16-32.
High Grits for Finishing
Use the higher grits like 150 and 220 to finish projects like cutting boards and butcher blocks. Use the medium grits like 80 and 100 grits to help shape and plane wood when needed.
Low Grits for Smoothing, Planing and Reshaping
Use lower grits like 60 and 80 grit drum sander wraps to help plane or reshape your stock pieces as you would like them to be.
