Attach the aluminum bar to most any type of sled, jig or fixture that is to be used with a 3/4 inch (19mm) by 3/8 inch (9mm) miter slot. Using our aluminum bar versus plastic or wood gives your sled, jig or fixture more strength and stability and it won’t bend or warp.

The 19 inch Precision Aluminum Miter Bar does both with its solid aluminum bar and 5 adjustable spring loaded plungers. The plungers can be adjusted with the included hex key wrench for just the right fit.

Perfect for Shop Built Sleds, Jigs and Fixtures
The 19" Aluminum Miter Bar is perfect for shop built sleds, jigs, fixtures and more! Easy to mount and easy to adjust, the miter bar helps provide a smooth run through your miter slot. Add a second miter bar for larger sleds, jigs or fixture. Please note that only one miter bar is included.
2 Mounting Options
With the included wood screws and machine screws, you have 2 different mounting options. With the wood screws you simply align your miter bar, clamp it in place and attach the bar using the wood screws from the bottom. When mounting from the top, pre drill your holes, counter sink the holes and attach the bar using the machine screws.
Adjustable Spring Loaded Plungers
While the bar fits most 3/4" x 3/8" miter slots without much play, there may be some slots that are a little bit different. To adjust the plungers, use the provided hex key wrench to push the plungers outward. The plungers are spring loaded to give you just the right amount of sideways pressure for the perfect fit. Unlike other miter bars that use nylon or plastic set screws to snug up the bar, this bar uses steel plungers that will last much longer and perform much better.
Solid Aluminum Bar
Extruded aluminum bar for superior durability. The aluminum miter bar is lightweight and perfect for sleds, jigs and workshop fixtures since it does not add a considerable amount of weight and will not bend or warp like wood or plastic bars.
